Here’s the SPLC review of what the SPLC is about. I know I will here criticism of the SPLC being a left wing organization. But who really has the reason to deny the truth? Not the SPLC. It would be Mom’s for Liberty.

The entire goal of M4L is to use national resources to get a ultra-conservative agenda on local school boards. We don't need a national group using transphobia and divisiveness to scare and anger people to enact an ideological agenda in Waukee schools. This is called scapegoating. It's happening to our LGBQT youth population state-wide.
Anyone marginally associated with this group should be scrutinized very heavily, to say the least. There are several M4L members in Dallas County alone that are heavily involved in efforts in both Waukee and DCG to get their preferred M4L candidates on the board.
I don’t want to see them sitting here and making decisions that will affect our children.
