Second lawsuit filed over SF 496, the new and controversial Reynold’s book banning bill
A book publisher, state association and individuals filed a second lawsuit in federal Court today.
The largest publisher in the world, Penguin Random House, the ISEA, students, teachers, librarians, authors, and others have now filed a second lawsuit in federal court against provisions of the controversial bill SF 496. The DOE which was to write guidelines for schools to follow, couldn’t even come up with them on time before the schoolyear began.
